JUDGE RICHARD LAJOIE
Ask any lawyer in
Northeast Ontario and hear what they have to say about him. He was and probably still is the judge of
choice for C.A.S matters.
He is what you call a
chronic abuser of judicial power. Lajoie did not like me protesting outside his
court with a sign that said “Judge Lajoie resign”.
Lajoie had me arrested
on a trumped up charge of criminal defamation and it took several days of
incarceration before being released on severe conditions that included. Not to
attend court, not to have access to the internet. The neighbours reported 20
police vehicles arrived to search my home from top to bottom. They left the
house in a mess. My housemate fled in fear. The computer seizure left me
writing court pleadings by hand.
Later, months later,
Judge Richard Lajoie refused to testify. One year later, My lawyer David
Bayliss of Lockyer Pinkofsky brought a motion that the crown be denied the
right to withdraw the charges as it would deprive me of my day in court. The
crown was permitted to withdraw the charges. Most people would call it a
serious of malicious prosecutions. Getting it into court and having success in
court on a suit for malicious prosecution is another thing. The raid was
conducted by the O.P.P. in South Porcupine apparently at the behest of the
Timmins Police.
Lajoie has no respect
for principles of law. He operate primarily on personal ego and his view that
he has acquired the ability to decide matters without reading materials. Like many
other judges who simply refuse to read the documents, he “wings it”, and then
uses any form of intimidation to prevent his “mistake” or “failure to read”
from being exposed.
Lajoie knew he had one
hell of a conflict with me. Firstly he knew me, I used to be a pilot flying
judges around Ontario and one of my regular passengers was none other than
Judge Richard Lajoie. I used to sit at the same dinner table and watch him
getting sloshed on red wine. I couldn’t and didn’t drink as I had to fly the
next day. Lajoie of course did not have to fly the next day, he only to decide
scores of matters probably taking advantage of his god given gift of being able
to make decisions without properly reading the pleadings.
Just imagine a surgeon
operating without properly reading the notes or a pilot flying in cloud without
reading all the instruments and you get an idea of just how dangerous is Judge
Richard Lajoie.
Lajoie as a result of a
motion by Joanne A. Barber issued an order that I was a vexatious litigant,
unable to set foot in a courtroom again.
There is an old saying,
you can fool some of the judges some of time but not all of the judges all of
the time. I wrote a letter to Lajoie’s boss describing Lajoie’s actions.
Lajoie’s boss is none
other than “The Honourable Justice Norman Glaude. The same judge who is handling
the present Cornwall inquiry. Justice
Glaude arranged a hearing with an out of town judge from Windsor, Justice W.G.
Beatty who threw out Lajoie’s order.
Not only did he throw out the vexatious litigant order but described it as an
insult to justice, AND based on evidence that the original order was obtained
by fraud, Justice W.G. Beatty without me even asking for access or custody, ordered
that there be a trial of custody and access set for trial on the fast track.
For now, that ends this story
of the corrupt Judge Richard Lajoie of Timmins Ontario. The story however has
not ended. His trail of incredible destruction continues. If you have any

LAWYER JOANNE A. BARBER
Joanne Barber is a feminist lawyer who made false written submissions to
a judge falsely alleging an admission of perjury when no such admission was
made or could be construed to be made. As a result I have not seen my daughter
for eight years and Constable Paul Bonhomme charged me with Perjury when he
knew that the allegation was false. I’ve lost count of the number of times
Lawyer Joanne Barber committed obstruction of justice in fabricating evidence.
She relies on one principle, a lawyer making a false statement to the court
will be believed over that of an opposing litigant. If you have any experiences

AND THE WELL KNOWN FEMINIST ON THE POLICE BOARD IN TIMMINS
This is probably the most dangerous and powerful person in Timmins. She
leaves a trail of destroyed lives and it appears everyone is too scared of her
to do anything about it.

Provincial Court convicted James Townsend of criminal harassment in a malicious
prosecution by a Sault Ste. Marie Police on behalf of a Lawyer by the name of
Jeffery David Broadbent. Lajoie’s conviction was later overturned by the
Ontario Court of Appeal.
